1. Car Parking: Residents are requested to park their vehicles on the allotted space without any overlaps.
2. Housekeeping: Residents can avail housekeeping services from the familiar workers who work in neighboring flats and surrounding premises.
3. Lost Keys: Residents will be provided with an original and spare key. The residents are requested to report to the management in case keys are irretrievable.
4. Complaints and suggestions: Residents are requested to escalate their housing issues through mail and can be even reported to officials in person.
5. Damages of fixtures: In case of any damage to the property caused within or around the premises it will be redeemed by the management from the concerned resident.
6. Occupancy: Allocation and occupancy of homes are permitted to the booked family. Incase of any additional requirements and provisions in case of occasional visits, residents should report to the management in advance.
7. Additional Services: To avail any additional services like, moving of household goods, electricity backups, water supply and other immediate needs, prior information should be given to the management.
8. General Information: In case of any issue or emergency, residents are requested to get it clarified from respective secretaries and security guards who are available within the premises.
